The luxurious automobile market can absolutely not function without Rolls-Royce. They have earned a reputation for creating incredibly cozy and flashy cars. Rolls-Royce has released a few limited editions of some extremely rare and exceptional vehicles during their development and production years. The Rolls-Royce Boat Tail isn’t an exception to its brand of luxurious cars.

The brand attempts to build on its coach-building, which the company has been known for over the past few years. However, the brand-new Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is unique. It is the priciest brand-new car ever, with a ridiculous $28 million price tag. Interestingly, Jay-Z and Beyoncé have placed orders for a Boat Tail, leaving two more available. Presumably, Boat Tail which was unveiled recently will be going to Jay-Z.

If you think the price tag is too much, you need to check out what this masterpiece holds. Here are the features that make the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail the most exquisite luxury car the world has ever seen.

The Boat Tail is entirely custom-built, and the client is free to choose any features they desire. Rolls-Royce pays close attention to every detail, as they should for a vehicle with this price tag, from the seat embroidery to the color of the trim. Despite the car's uniqueness, the brand keeps the audience in the dark about the performance and top-speed details.

Although the car's technical specifications have not been disclosed, it is clear from the images we've seen that there are some unique physical features. Additionally, there are back seat pockets, albeit they are not necessarily typical.

From our research, we believe a 6.75-liter V12 engine with 563 horsepower should power the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail. The motor might be connected to an 8-speed AMT gearbox from ZF that uses satellite assistance.

Digital time displays are obviously not stylish enough because the Boat Tail comes with not one, but two individually handcrafted "his and hers" Bovet Swiss timepieces that can be detached and worn on the wrist. The two watches were made just for the Boat Tail, and Bovet claims they won't be made available for general purchase. The cost is irrelevant because you must purchase the car if you desire one of these watches.

The main talking point, though, is the tailgate, which opens with a push of a button to show a yacht-style deck setup complete with a parasol, a chilled champagne holder, and two stools for seating. It arrives fully furnished with two refrigerators, dishes, and silverware, turning the boat tail into more than just a vehicle.

The new Boat Tail has accents made of mother-of-pearl, rose-gold, and leather in cognac and oyster colors. The surface layer is Royal Walnut. The transmission tunnel also has rose-gold pinstripes. The front seats are covered in a deeper shade of blue in the interior leather, which echoes the color-tone transition on the bonnet. This acknowledges the driver-focused goal of Boat Tail. A lighter shade of finish is used on the back seats.

The Pantheon Grille on the Rolls-Royce Boat Tail is made of billet aluminum and has a rose gold-colored "Spirit of Ecstasy" on it. Almost 5.8 meters long, the car is long. A new interpretation of the company's trademark pantheon crest and lights dominates its front face.

Boat Tail's sharp brow line is formed by a powerful horizontal graphic with underground daytime running lights and frames traditional round headlamps, a typical characteristic of the Rolls-Royce heritage. There are also options for a rear deck painted in Royal Walnut with a "butterfly-design" hosting suite, lower sills with rose gold interwoven thread, and a cognac-colored bonnet with aluminum mica flakes.

The special paint combines white and golden mica particles with a soft rose and oyster finish. What vehicle could be more ideal for owners such as Jay-Z and Beyoncé, who enjoy throwing dinner parties, than one with a back deck that unfolds into a hosting suite? According to Alex Innes, this unique Rolls-Royce is an "engineering masterpiece".

The Boat Tail is an inherently unique mechanism, despite its somewhat subjective appearance. A refrigerator and some cocktail tables are visible when the back deck opens. According to Rolls-Royce, they "elegantly revolve to simulate the serving of an attendant". A rotating cocktail table with a matching wood finish is located on each side, and a pair of carbon fiber and leather folding stools are stored underneath.

It is possible to utilize a parasol concealed in the middle of the back deck when the panels are open. Naturally, everything is created to order and engraved, and according to Rolls-Royce, there are no additions, so if any of these items break, Rolls-Royce will have to create new ones.
