Aston Martin's DB11 is both a beauty and a beast. It's very pricey as expected of an Aston Martin DB model, but the DB11 really stands out with its amazing combo of elegant looks and superior power. But here's a version of the DB11 that takes this Aston Martin further to a whole new level—the new Mansory Cyrus.
More Potent And Better Sound
Supercar Blondie (Alex Hirschi in real life) recently had the opportunity to get up close and personal with the Mansory Cyrus. As described by Alex, Cyrus is essentially a DB11 with lots of installed carbon fiber parts. It's overloaded with various enhancements not only involving aesthetics but also overall potency on the road.
Basic to the extra oomph of the Aston Martin 5.2-liter V12 twin turbo engine is a performance optimization program from Mansory. Thanks to a stainless steel sports exhaust system as well as a sports air filter, Cyrus gains 100 more hp, thereby bringing its power ratings to more than 700 hp (around 730 hp). Each time Supercar Blondie steps on the gas, the engine – mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission sending power to the rear wheel – delivers a powerful yet throaty sound.
Sporty Exterior Looks In Carbon Fiber
One can't simply miss the more elegant yet sportier looks of the Mansory Cyrus. Wrapped in racing green with silver-colored top, Cyrus sports a whole new carbon fiber front bumper with integrated front lip, new carbon fiber rear bumper and diffuser with integrated F1 brake light. Its carbon fiber bonnet features air outtakes that make Cyrus look more dynamic.
Interestingly, many of the visible carbon fiber parts — including the side skirts and the mirror housings — are finished in collage form, deviating from the usual looks of the material. Completing the exterior looks of the Mansory Cyrus are its carbon fiber rear decklid spoiler and YN.5 ultra-light forged wheels measuring 10"x22" on the front and 12"x22" on the rear.
Stylish, Silver Leather Interior
Mansory gave Cyrus a more stylish interior, featuring silver-colored leather all around. The Mansory and Cyrus logo can be found on the leather headrests and sports steering wheel, respectively. As Supercar Blondie noted, Cyrus also boast a complete trim interior in carbon fiber. With all these modifications, the Mansory Cyrus is valued at more than $800,000, according to Alex.
