The sixth generation Chevrolet Camaro has seen its fair share of criticisms. With a lot of people calling it hideous or saying it looks too much like the fifth gen, needless to say it wasn't received as well as GM had hoped. Nevertheless, GM's only remaining pony car is still a badass machine to drive, but due to unfortunate sales declines and reports from GM, the future of the Camaro is not looking bright. However, lucky for you, there is still a whole lot of Camaro goodness to go around, including cars like this incredible, heavily modified 1969 Camaro.

Fully Built, Very Orange, Supercharged 1969 Camaro

Nick from Maple Motors in Tennessee is currently selling this beautiful orange 1969 Chevy Camaro. In the video above, Nick shows a quick overview of the car and takes it out on the street to see what this beast is like to drive.

The year 1969 was the final one for the first-gen Camaro. Part of that model year run included the incredible ZL-1 Camaro, which is now known as one of the most sought-after Camaros, with one even selling for over $1 million. Even though this is not a ZL-1, it still fully looks the part, if not better. With an air scoop sticking out of the hood feeding a massive roots-style blower, this Camaro gives off a very pissed off vibe, just itching for somebody to race.

While it appears that Nick—who provides narration throughout these videos—isn’t privay to the full extent of work done to the motor,  it's safe to assume that whoever put it together wasn't messing around with cheap parts from just hearing the incredible lope from a big cam and the appearance of the build as a whole.

On the test drive, Nick gets into the throttle just enough to showcase how incredibly fast this Chevy truly is. With the massive rear tires, full roll cage, and a B&M shifter, this car was clearly set up to do one thing, and one thing only: be an incredible drag racer.

Going over the car, Nick notes a few things such as a slight pull to the right, miscellaneous functions not working such as the speedo and windshield wipers, and a few minor paint defects indicating that the car definitely isn't perfect. However, when all is said and done, for just shy of $36,000 you can own a very cool and very fast piece of muscle car royalty.
