Tesla just released an all-electric pickup called the Cybertruck, but it hit a few bumps during its reveal. The design alone is laughable, but the fact that the bulletproof glass was broken by a mere metal ball is a whole other story. And the best thing to come of this whole debacle is the tweets people sent out after seeing this catastrophe for themselves.

We have uncovered some of the best tweets that shared what some people thought of the new pickup. You will be laughing so hard you might even fall out of your seat, and it will make the entire situation that much more ridiculous. Keep reading to learn about the ten most hilarious tweets since the face-palm reveal of Tesla's Cybertruck!

10 The Sent It Back In Time

The Twitter user sent this Tesla back in time, as today is the anniversary of JFK's assassination. He placed him inside of the new Cybertruck because of its "bulletproof" glass that we all know now wouldn't have saved him.

He did underestimate the date by one year, as it should say 56 years instead of 55, but it is still an utterly hilarious comparison. It was almost like this particular truck's fate was already decided and foreshadowed by the events that took place so many years ago.

9 They Compared It To Other Vehicles

This twitter user compared it to this pieced-together metal car that focuses on geometric lines and angles. People knew it would probably look a little different, but tweet shows just how far off the mark they were in their design.

The windows of the vehicle shown in the tweet might even be more resistant to shattering than the ones on the Cybertruck itself after its latest demonstration. We hope the rest of the pickup was designed with better intentions than what we saw today because otherwise, we might prefer this pile of junk to the latter.

8 Fans Of Halo Weren't Disappointed

A favorite among those strolling through Twitter is this rendition of Halo's Warthog vehicle. People are wondering if it will flip back over by simply pressing "X" and they can't wait to customize their trucks in this fashion.

There seems to be a lot of hate toward the design, but this is one reason why people are saying you can't not love the truck. They want to be submersed into the game itself, and to them, this is the best way to do it.

7 GTA Fans Thought The Truck Was Familiar As Well

Some think it is something that belongs in an old GTA game with basic graphics. It has a futuristic design, with simple angles and a color scheme that one might see in those games back then.

It really is amazing how people can photoshop the truck into these games, even though it didn't take too much to make it look like it belonged there. We wonder if games like these will start to put the Cybertruck in after seeing all of these tweets with it fitting in with their design.

6 Instagram Even Came In Handy

It is popular to show how some Instagram pictures make people look perfect after they use filters and apps to make themselves into something their not. The truck on the left is what we had all expected Tesla to come out with, but instead, we ended up with a geometric design that looks like it was from an old sci-fi movie.

It was disappointing, to say the least, and this is exactly the image that pinpoints most of our feelings on the subject. All we know is we want whatever filter Tesla was using in the first photo of the truck.

5 It Had A Different Kind Of Budget

We question what the designers were thinking when they came up with this concept for the truck. Musk laid out the basic details, like that he wanted it to be electric and faster than any other truck out there, but there was one stipulation that stumped them.

It was the fact that their budget involved 8 polygons, which is something they obviously struggled with in the creation. We can't really put it on them at the end of the day with the information we now know was handed down the chain of command in terms of an impossible budget.

4 People Are Submitting Resumes To Tesla As Future Designers

It seems like it should be a complicated process to design and draw a car, but many found that this model didn't take any artistic talent. All they needed was a ruler to make the sharp edges of the body, and a cup to trace around to create the wheels.

Others are so good they were able to freehand the drawing with ease, and we were beyond impressed. We can't believe Tesla doesn't have any of these people on their staff yet, because right now, they could be creating the next big thing in truck design.

3 Maybe It Still Needs To Render

This Tweet points out the obvious fact that most people miss, which is that it just hasn't fully rendered yet. It points at any video game that loads slowly, but it also makes a valuable point.

Some don't believe this is the final design, and we wonder if Tesla will change it based on the backlash it received after the reveal. It poses an incredible question that has us wondering what the final product will actually be when it is released to the public for sale.

2 It Looked Like Something Out Of Star Wars

The Cybertruck hasn't escaped the movie scene either, as it was compared to the Sandcrawler from Star Wars. We half expected Jawas to exit the Cybertruck upon its reveal, but we were left disappointed.

The sharp angles and sci-fi comparison gave us hope, and yet, we still wanted more. It is almost a disgrace to compare the Cybertruck to such a monstrosity found in these classic movies, but it is one we can't deny or unsee now that it has been brought to our attention.

1 They Copied Off Of Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson turned into a futuristic-looking car in the movie Moonwalker back in 1989, and people are a little upset about the resemblance it has to the new Cybertruck. It has the same polygon shape with blocky windows as Jackson's car did.

One fan did suggest a compromise of adding one his songs called Smooth Criminal into the playlist of the car that they will call it even. It seems like a fair compromise to us and we can't wait to see how Tesla responds.
