The Mercedes C-Class has always had a wide appeal but the latest entry, just revealed today, is clearly going to be the best yet. Following after other recent updates to Mercedes products, the new C-Class takes a more aggressive stance than the previous generation with a lower wider build and a more striking visual design. Mercedes has brought the entire C-Class lineup to a new level with improved interior features, and probably the most innovative and advanced set of power plants to ever be mounted in the engine bay of a C-Class. The 2022 C-Class Gets Innovative Engines And Technology

Since spotting seven upcoming C-Classes driving in the wild, Mercedes-Benz has lifted the cover to reveal more specs. At the heart of the new C-Class drivers will find a new 4-cylinder engine that produces 255 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. According to Mercedes, its integrated starter generator technology can even add an additional 20 horsepower and 148 lb-ft of torque for short spans. They also announced that a plug-in hybrid version is on the way with up to 62 miles of all-electric range.

Inside of all-new C-Class models, owners will find a more driver-centric control stack and the latest version of MBUX, the Mercede-Benz User Experience. This new tech allows users to say, "Hey Mercedes," to access many advanced features without having to lift a finger. We can't wait to take one for a spin.
