 Generation 1

The gen 1 is the original design, featuring a round headlight with LED down the center. It was available in two variants; the dark and standard model, or the carbon model with Marchinesi wheels, a carbon front guard, carbon tank, and coated front suspension.

Generation 2

AMG Edition

Engine

The XDiavel contains a twin-cylinder Ducati Testastretta DVT 1262, a completely new and approved engine that uses the Desmodromic Variable Timing system. This is an increase in the engine capacity compared to the older Testastretta 1200. The new engine in tandem with the new variable timing system increases the fluid torque at low speeds, and guaranteed sports performance.

Exhaust system

The exhaust of the XDiavel uses a chamber body and two terminals. The exhaust pipes were formulated so that the engine stayed visible. In addition, the central body was positioned in front of the rear wheel so it is virtually invisible to the eye.

The Ducati Power Launch, or DPL, guarantees fast and safe starts due to the regulation of gas and the intervention of the DTC - Ducati Traction Control. The DPL has 3 intervention modes to enhance maximum performance.

The users can easily operate the DPL by pressing the dedicated button on the right-hand switch. After you have turned the DPL, you can select the intervention level through the menu. Once the level is chosen, you can make an explosive start easily and quickly.
