A car enthusiast's dream can come in several forms. Some envision driving around using the latest cars and testing them out for reviews. Others dream of having their own car collections while some just want to make a living out of their love for automobiles. Then, there are also those extremely lucky people who get to do all three, just like Jeremy Clarkson and Doug Demuro.

If you're always on the lookout for what's hot and what's not when it comes to cars, you may have already come across these internet celebrities online. Whether you're just in it for the entertainment or you're actually looking for your next car, Jeremy and Doug offer some of the most comprehensible reviews out there.

After testing more than 200 vehicles, both of them definitely know which cars are worth the wallet. Here are just some of their favorites.

10 Jeremy Clarkson - Eagle Lightweight GT

via Top Gear

This car may not fit everyone's taste. But with its million-dollar price, it was never meant for just anyone in the first place. The Eagle Lightweight GT is more like a redesigned and refurbished Jaguar E-Type but with more hype and more power under the hood.

Produced as a beautiful classic that's best avoided, this gorgeous British car was initially built to crumble, but not anymore. As Jeremy describes it, he likes it more than his own left leg so it must be worth all that money. Each Eagle Lightweight GT takes a painstaking 8,000 hours to complete. This GT weighs only 2242 lbs, which has earned it its name.

9 Jeremy Clarkson - Ferrari 458 Spider

via duPont REGISTRY Daily

The 458 Spider comes from a family of expensive, fast Italian cars that are often put on a pedestal for their promising performance and lavish features. However, with Jeremy's keen eye and honest criticism, he was able to spot a few drawbacks that he says would be unacceptable if it were ever found on a regular hatchback.

Some of these features were the radio antennas that hardly worked and the disturbing windshield wipers. But nonetheless, this $245,000 is still a competent sports car worthy of the hype.

8 Jeremy Clarkson - Lexus LFA

via Carscoops

It was in 2013 when Jeremy first reviewed the Lexus LFA - just a year after this cool Japanese sports car ceased production. But in his interview last 2019, he says it's still the best car he has ever driven.

via Reddit

Of course, there were drawbacks that didn't go unnoticed. But the spine-tingling sound of this high-revving sports car is so overwhelming that none of them even mattered anymore. The LFA is the sickest flagship car from Lexus and was powered by a 4.8 L V10 engine that was made in collaboration with Yamaha.

7 Jeremy Clarkson - Range Rover Evoque Prestige SD4

via Top Gear

The Range Rover Evoque Prestige SD4 is something that people won't immediately think that Jeremy Clarkson will actually like. But according to his 2011 review, he actually stated how "perfect" the SUV is for practical, day to day driving and road adventures.

The Range Rover Evoque Prestige SD4, according to Jeremy, has such minimal flaws that he doesn't even care about them that much. The model that Jeremy tried comes powered by a 2.2 L diesel engine paired with great handling and good ride quality. Today, these models can go from $15,000 or more.

6 Jeremy Clarkson - Volvo XC90

via Leisure Wheels

It took some time before people realized it, but the Volvo XC90 is actually one of Jeremy's favorite cars. Although he would never dare buy the hybrid version, Jeremy has had quite a few XC90s in his lifetime.

However, when Volvo's new owners managed the company, Jeremy bought the latest Volvo to see if the change affected the product negatively. Luckily, it didn't so in the end, he still fell in love with his newest XC90 which is actually the fourth one in his garage. Jeremy best describes this car as "wonderful."

5 Doug Demuro - 2005 Ford GT

via Motor1.com

At the time that the 2005 Ford GT entered the market, Ford was making some of the most depressing cars. This made it hard for Doug to trust the 2005 GT. In fact, he even remembers noting how "cool" the car looked while still keeping his expectations fairly low.

After the test drive, it came as a surprise that the 2005 Ford GT ultimately became one of his dream cars. Doug even got to drive some of the GT's competitors at the time but it still wins by a mile.

4 Doug Demuro - 2018 Mercedes-Benz AMG E63S Wagon

via YouTube

Another car that Doug claims to really like is the Mercedes-Benz AMG E63S Wagon. Doug actually owns one of these SUV wagons and it's even his fave choice for day to day driving activities.

via Car and Driver

The one in his garage is a 2012 model that he spent $45,000 on. But he fully suggests the newer 2018 model, which he later reviews. According to Doug, the 2018 model would make a great family car that can also work like a sports car. The AWD feature also makes this wagon winter-ready.

3 Doug Demuro - BMW 1 Series M

via AutoEvolution

It isn't a surprise to see a BMW in Doug's list of favorite cars. But the fact there are better ones than the BMW 1 Series M is quite baffling until you hear the reason.

via Silver Arrow Cars

The BMW 1 Series M is one of Doug's fave cars that he doesn't own yet. And though he did say that the M2 is a better car in terms of speed, what makes the M1 special is that BMW only made it for one model year so there isn't a lot out there to go around.

2 Doug Demuro - Land Rover Defender

via YouTube

Forget the typical convertible, if there's a car that Doug wants to keep whether the roof is on or off, it's his yellow, macho Land Rover. This bright-colored off-roader was first featured on his Youtube channel last 2017. According to the video he posted, the SUV costs him $70,000.

via YouTube

In the same year, Doug also used his Land Rover to run over a Kia and an Audi. Overall, the Land Rover is the perfect ride for sunny San Diego whether Doug is riding with his wife or with his buddies.

1 Doug Demuro - Porsche Carrera GT

via YouTube

The Porsche Carrera GT, according to Doug, is his favorite car of all time. It's also the last of its breed to have little to no electrical features to depend on - making it the best analog car ever made. Produced in the early 2000s, there were only 1270 units ever made.

via Car Throttle

This car was powered by a 5.5 L V10 engine and had 605 hp to offer. Although a lot of people say that Doug is just biased because he had worked for the brand before, he makes it clear that the Carrera GT is the only Porsche that he adores.
