Ford's legendary pony car, the Ford Mustang has been a firm favorite with gearheads for generations. Providing oodles of power, a distinctive body style, and an accessible price tag, it is no surprise the car has earned a cult following.

Synonymous with the United States and previously only sold to the domestic market, the Mustang is now an international sales success. Interest and intrigue have always been present in the European markets, however, the Mustang was previously only available as an import. In 2015, this all changed, and Ford made the car available to buy directly from authorized official dealerships. The car was even produced as a right-hand drive model, for those in the United Kingdom.

Compared to their European competitors, American cars have often been criticized for sub-par interior quality. In order to sell the Mustang in Europe, Ford has invested heavily in the interior among other areas, and the car is now a far more well-rounded package. The new seventh-generation car is the most accomplished yet.

Despite this, they have become something of an increasing rarity in recent years, with hybrids and electric cars being the final nail in the coffin.
