Utah has its share of supercars, but chances are few of them can go as fast as the vocal pacing of The Stradman. When he's enthusiastic, he talks like a hummingbird on amphetamines, a nuance that goes into overdrive when he's introducing a new supercar on his YouTube channel. Fans have followed his high-velocity zeal when his Bugatti raced the world's fastest Tesla or when he landed a Pirelli Edition Lamborghini Aventador. On a video released Tuesday, The Stradman was into total kid-in-a-candy-store mode when he took delivery of a customized Chevrolet 3LT C8 Corvette.

First, He Drops Off A McLaren Sabre

The Stradman's adventure starts when he's about to return a $3.5-million McLaren Sabre back to the folks at Ohio-based The Triple F Collection, who will be delivering his new Corvette. The price tag and the fact that what he's driving is only one of 15 of its kind in the U.S. doesn't seem to bother him, even while taking the roads in wet weather.

Arriving at the company's palatial digs, The Stradman can't get over all the hypercars on the driveway, such as a Porsche 981, a McLaren Senna, a Ferrari F40, and a $4-million Bugatti also being delivered that day.

But the attention's focused on a trailer containing The Stradman's new Corvette, a replacement for a previous C8. "I sold my previous C8 Corvette prematurely," he said. "There was so much more that I wanted to do with the car, we had to get another." The one in the trailer was exactly what he wanted: a Corvette wrapped in rapid blue.

He's also gobsmacked over the double-blue interior that was also customized, causing him to remark that it was similar to a Bugatti Chiron. But The Stradman can't get too envious over what his new 3LT has to play with in terms of power. From the factory, the V8 engine delivers 495 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque, with a top track speed of 195 mph and the ability to jump from zero to 60 mph in 2.9 seconds.

The Stradman, however, managed to get the Triple F folks to tweak the engine a bit to get 505 horsepower, which will make the trip back home to Utah more interesting. Still, on the way back, cutting through Kentucky and Tennessee, he still can't help but feel that his Corvette still feels like a Chiron, except the Bugatti is loaded with 1,500 horsepower. Lest The Stradman fills himself with Chiron envy, here's hoping he remembers there's no shortage of gearheads who'd gladly trade places with him.
