Consistent High-Performance With The 2023 Toyota Corolla Hatchback

The Corolla Hatchback has a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 169 horsepower and sends power to the front wheels using a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT). Even though that powertrain is the same for all hatchbacks, the sedan also has a hybrid powertrain.

The sedan's power-trains have been switched around a bit, and the hybrid model now has all-wheel drive (kudos to an electric motor that drives the back wheels), but there's no sign yet that the five-door Corolla will get hybrid power-trains. If you want an AWD Corolla with a rear hatch, you'll have to buy the 300-horsepower GR Corolla when it comes out.

The Hatchback Corolla gets up to 32 miles per gallon in the city and 42 miles per gallon on the highway. Not exactly the most impressive mileage numbers but good enough to keep ticking along. The EPA hasn’t rated all-wheel-drive hybrid models, so that remains something Toyota fans will be keeping an eye out for, shortly. Not much is said about other performance issues regarding the car, but we believe we will get detailed information about its capabilities when it is finally delivered.

The Corolla Hatchback's interior design combines sportiness, elegance, and Corolla-standard comfort and toughness. A big factor behind the Toyota Corolla being recognized as the best-selling car of all time. Maximizing continuity and visual quality require minimizing gaps between buttons and switches and maintaining uniformity in all materials and parts' shape, color, grain, and gloss.

The hatchback and sedan versions of the Corolla have a modern dashboard and soft-touch materials inside. Push-button start and passive entry are standard on most models. Interestingly, this also takes that format. You also have other options, such as heated front seats, dual-zone control, and ambient interior lighting.

A touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a pay-per-use Wi-Fi hotspot is standard on every Corolla. The 8.0-inch touchscreen bezel on the dashboard is the main feature of this car. However, the car's many hard buttons, rotary volume knobs, and tuning knobs help the driver keep their attention on the road while using the device. The enhanced JBL audio system and wireless charging are popular choices.

The 2023 Corolla Hatchback also has the latest version of Toyota's safety suite. The Corolla already had a lot of safety features, like automatic high beams, adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and lane centering.

The easy-to-read MID has rich graphics. It's easy to access data for multimedia and audio systems. Some things you will find include navigation, hands-free phone use, and vehicle data. In addition, you can control the car system using voice controls and commands. You don't need to stress yourself as you ditch the commands using your voice.

It’s all about entertainment with the new Toyota Audio Multimedia system, which comes with standard wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android AutoTM compatibility and supports dual Bluetooth phone connectivity.

While the XSE receives new 18-inch graphite-colored aluminum wheels, the SE model has new 16-inch aluminum wheels with 10 spokes.

In 2023, the Corolla Hatchback gets two new colors that stand out with unique styling. Blue Crush Metallic and Blue Flame by Inferno replace Galactic Aqua Mica. Midnight Black Metallic, Classic Silver Metallic, Finish Line Red, Magnetic Gray Metallic, Wind Chill Pearl, and Ice Cap are among the hues that will remain from 2022. Two-tone paint choices with a Midnight Black Metallic roof to further enhance the Corolla Hatch's outstanding excellent looks.

The LED taillights' diffused inner lens is a reflection of the Hatchback's strong stance. The front fascia of the XSE receives LED fog lights that are enhanced by chrome fog bezels. The car's exterior attests to the inner beauty of the Toyota Corolla Hatchback.
