Toyota has announced that Nightshade Edition packages will be available for the sedan and hatchback SE grade vehicles with a continuously variable transmission (CVT), as well as the 4Runner, Camry, Highlander and Sienna. SE grade Corollas are sportier versions of the standard model. They are upgraded from the base L grade with premium LED lights, sport seats, 18-inch alloy wheels, dual exhausts, navigation, and grade-specific trim accents.
According to Toyota, “The Nightshade Special Editions express your personality in every detail. With aggressive black wheels, accents and badging to match, you’re sure to get noticed wherever you pull up.”
The 2020 Corolla SE sedan Nightshade Edition will be available in the following colors: Super White, Classic Silver Metallic, and Black Sand Pearl. The edition will also include a black grille surround, black roof-mounted shark-fin antenna, black door handles, black heated outside mirrors with turn indicators, black rocker panel, black window trim, and a black spoiler and lower diffuser.
The Nightshade Edition sedan also features blacked-out 18-inch alloy wheels and blacked-out Toyota, Corolla, and SE badging. The sedan will be priced at $22,750, a $700 increase from a standard Corolla SE sedan.
Meanwhile, the Nightshade Edition 2020 Corolla hatchback will be offered on SE grade models with a CVT. The SE grade hatchback has an option for extra cargo space with a lowered cargo floor and no spare tire. Instead of the spare tire, drivers will enjoy an additional six cubic feet of storage space and a Tire Repair Kit. The 2020 Corolla SE hatchback Nightshade Edition will be available in the following colors: Super White, Classic Silver Metallic, and Midnight Black Metallic.
The Corolla SE hatchback Nightshade Edition will also feature blacked-out 18-inch alloy wheels and black model and grade badging. Also, the hatchback will include a black lower front rocker, black headlamp inner frame, a black shark fin antenna, black mirrors caps, a black factory spoiler, black door handles, black side rockers, a black rear lower spoiler, and black rear exhaust diffusers.

The 2020 Toyota Corolla SE hatchback Nightshade Edition will be priced at $22,290, a $900 increase from the SE grade with CVT.
