Japan produced some of the sweetest JDM cars of the '90s and '00s. Cars like the Nissan 350Z, Silvia, and Toyota Chaser all make this list with their unique styling and amazing performance.

Not only that, but the heart of these car legends held some of the greatest Japanese engines ever produced. With the announcement of the all-new Nissan Z in 2021, JDM cars are more popular than ever.

In the video by Adam LZ, we see several of the best JDM builds go on a midnight cruise, as well as some fun drifting in a pair of Nissan 350Zs.

JDM Legends

Adam LZ's YouTube channel is famous for having some amazing JDM cars. The beginning of the video displays 2 black Nissan 350Zs drifting with great speed and control. The Nissan 350Z is one of the best drifting cars due to its decent power, rear-wheel drive, and affordable price of entry.

Later on, a beautiful Toyota Chaser sedan, a cream Nissan 240SX S13, and a green Nissan Silvia S15 go out for a midnight cruise. Many of these JDM cars were not for sale in the United States. However, after 25 years, American JDM enthusiasts can purchase them directly from Japan.

For example, the Toyota Chaser sedan with the famous 2JZ engine never came across the pacific to American shores. Since the Chaser is now 25 years old, we are starting to see them pop up out in the wild. The Chaser on display is no joke, with 650 hp on tap.

The cream Nissan S13 240SX looks amazing, especially under the artificial light near the shopping center. Lastly, the beautiful paint of the green Nissan S15 really shines during these late-night photo shoots.

Unfortunately, one of the cars has a burble tune on its exhaust, which produces cracks and pops, attracting unwanted attention. Overall, it is nice to see these JDM legends being thoroughly enjoyed.

With the popularity of the Sony PlayStation Gran Turismo video game series, American car enthusiasts experience cars that were never sold in the USA. Because of this popularity, JDM cars of all eras are in high demand.

With that in mind, there is a JDM renaissance happening in the automotive world. The popularity of the Toyota GR86/Subaru BRZ proves that there is a market for a fun, affordable rear-wheel drive car. The new Nissan Z is gaining a lot of excitement in the car world as well.
