If you're like me and grew up watching Home Improvement starring Tim Allen, you realize that often things need “more power!" (Yes, feel free to grunt here.) And you may be thinking, is there ever such thing as "enough power?" The answer is no, even if you are starting with a 600hp, roughly 1/4 million dollar Lamborghini Huracan. A lot of people would be afraid to modify a car that is so expensive, thinking that they would be ruining the car even if the extra power would be fun. However, Martin Musial and the team over at AMS Performance definitely do not subscribe to that way of thinking.

That's One Spicy Meatball

Okay, lets skip to the end for a second and talk about the elephant in the room, and that is that AMS's Lamborghini just did a wheelie. When in the world have you ever seen an all wheel drive supercar like this Lamborghini do a wheelie? And as you can see in the video, it surprised the crap out of the AMS boys as well. And one more thing on those important words "all wheel drive", as they have found a way to disable the AWD system and make the car do rear wheel burnouts in order to heat up the massive rear slicks.

Now where have you seen a Huracan switch back and fourth between all-wheel-drive and rear-wheel-drive before? That's right, on the Netflix car stunt show Hyperdrive, and that is because this is the same Huracan that competed in the show.

A lot has changed since the car's Netflix debut, however, as the car is now donning the "Alpha Omega" name after the insane R35 GT-R sharing that same name. Putting that name on a car is serious business for AMS, which means the car must boast some serious power. The Huracan's V10 is now fitted with a twin turbo setup running a modest 21 psi and putting out just under 1,400 wheel horsepower. Although it isn't making 1,800hp like the Lambos 1320 featured, the car is still in its testing phase and has plenty of room to grow.

Even 1,400hp (so far) is a very large amount for a street car, and as the video proves, it is definitely enough to make the Huracan a serious contender for even the fastest drag cars. With more testing and fine tuning the ECU calibration, this car will be ready to showcase the absolute monster that AMS has built out of this Huracan.
