Birds of the same feather flock together. In the same manner, cars powerful enough to be called supercars gathered at the SCC500 drag event in Germany. A supercar upgrade to the Ferrari 488, F8 Tributo took part in the competition. In a YouTube video by Gumbal, the Ferrari F8 Tributo was shown dealing losses to most of the cars it raced against.
Racing Against Other Supercars
During its runs in the SCC500, the F8 Tributo – donning a new exhaust system from Aulitzky Tuning – went against the likes of a 720-hp McLaren 720S, an 850-hp Mercedes-AMG GT R Pro, a 760-hp BMW M5 F90 Competition, a 625-hp BMW M8 Competition Aulitzky Tuning, a 750-hp Nissan GT-R HPT, and a few more tuned sports cars.
In most races, the F8 Tributo had a clear win although in some contests, competing cars didn't have a good start. In other races, the Ferrari was initially left behind, but eventually recovered in time to win. There are instances, though, where there's no clear winner (from the video's viewpoint), like when the Ferrari went up against LA Performance's Porsche.
An Opportunity To Race
The Ferrari F8 Tributo is a force to reckon with on the road or on the strip. Faster and quicker than the sports car it upgrades from, the F8 Tributo is a homage to the most powerful V8 mill in the carmaker's history. While not entirely a new sports car, the F8 Tributo offers a more aggressive design and aerodynamics than the 488.
SCC500 attracts various sports cars and supercars across Europe. Most of them are tuned or modified. Adrenaline-seeking drivers have found the SCC500 hard to resist, as it offers a great opportunity to go up against various highly powered cars from different makes. The owner of this Ferrari F8 Tributo might be thinking the same.
More Races For F8 Tributo
Barely two years old, the Ferrari F8 Tributo is starting to prove it can race against other similarly powered sports cars. It already won against a Lamborghini Huracan Evo in an all-Italian drag race, but we're aching to see more.
