The internet is chock-full of automotive auctions and raffles, from the likes of classic-car heaven at Bring a Trailer, which is a for-profit business, to both the Porsche Club of America and the BMW Car Club of America, which offer new cars in raffles every year to raise operational funds.

But one website, Dream Giveaway Garage, has harnessed the power of gearheads in great numbers to raffle off awesome cars regularly, with all proceeds going to charity. The newest listing that Dream Giveaway is currently selling tickets for is a completely over-the-top Dodge Challenger Redeye that's been beefed up to 1,000 horsepower by a Magnuson supercharger.

The car in question started its life as a 2019 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye and has since been transformed into a Challenger Hellcat Redeye Widebody with “Extreme Redeye” customization courtesy of none other than drag-racing legend Don Garlits. Dream Giveaway Garage approached Garlits to help build this beast, which has been done up in a radical exterior that began as a White Knuckle shade and has received plenty of red and matte black details.

Dream Giveaway Garage claims that Garlits wanted to install this Redeye as part of his collection at the Museum of Drag Racing in Ocala, Florida, but instead, the car is now available online. Tickets for the raffle start at three bucks and are discounted at higher quantities up to $5,000 for 7,200 tickets. The deadline for entry is March 31, 2020.

Under the aggressive exterior, Don Garlits clearly shows off some of his know-how in the form of a massive Magnuson supercharger bolted onto the 6.2-liter Hemi V8, which produced 797 horsepower from the factory. Additional goodies include a Hurst Pistol Grip automatic shifter, new floor mats, and Hurst exhaust tips from GSS Supercar. The Dream Giveaway Garage website claims the whole package is "capable of 0-60-mph acceleration in barely over 3 seconds, a quarter-mile E.T. of approaching 10 seconds flat and a top speed of 203-plus mph."
