If you’re a Corvette fan, there’s no way you won't recognize the name Chip Miller. He and Bill Miller Jr. founded Carlisle Events, which is known as one of the largest organizers of classic and collector car events in the US. Both Corvette enthusiasts, Chip and Bill also co-founded a one-make event called Corvettes at Carlisle. Indeed, Chip is rightly called one of the greatest living fans of Corvette today.

After Chip was diagnosed with Amyloidosis – in which amyloid proteins deposit and then accumulate in body organs and tissues – in December 2003, he succumbed to complications from the disease passing away in March 2004.

Chip’s wife and Bill Miller founded the Chip Miller Amyloidosis Foundation not only to help those afflicted with the disease, but also to help raise awareness. Your donation to the foundation could really go a long way.
