When it comes to Chevrolet, there's always a fierce battle bubbling between the sibling rivalry of the Corvette and Camaro. Both cars have evolved over the years with a rich history in performance. The Corvette has always been the poster child of Chevy, but the Camaro's evolution has its own milestones.

Thanks to Race Wars over at Youtube, we have head-to-head footage of these two cars burning rubber at Mission Raceway Park. It's a true family affair that'll thrill fans of both models as the Corvette and Camaro trade blows over the course of multiple battles.

Comparing The Two Chevy Sports Cars

The seventh generation Corvette Stingray and its front-engine layout ended in 2019 with a naturally-aspirated 6.2-liter V-8 engine outputting 455 hp and 460 lb-ft of torque. Comparably, the 2019 Camaro ZL1 came equipped with a supercharged 6.2L V8 that boasted 650 hp and 650 lb-ft of torque. Power-wise, this puts the Camaro's muscle breed ahead while the Corvette retains its sports car balance.

The Stingray coupe has the advantage when it comes to a curb weight of 3,298 pounds versus the Camaro's automatic coupe at 3,994 pounds. On paper, the C7 reaches 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds and the quarter mile in 11.9 seconds. This falls behind the ZL1's 0-60 in 3.5 seconds and 11.4 seconds quarter mile in the automatic transmission.
